The SIG SAUER STL-100 is a six inch long, and one inch diameter flashlight. It uses two CR123 1.5 volt batteries. The SIG SAUER STL-100 Flashlight has three settings, a 100 lumen high beam, a 30 lumen low setting and a quick strobe function. The STL-100 flashlight is designed to attach to the Grip-Lite Vertical Grip for rifle mounting or used alone for personal carry. This light was provided with a SIG556 SWAT model rifle. The functions are accessed via the ring just behind the bezel and the clicky pressure switch at the end of the light. This is a very light weight flashlight.

After two months of daily pocket carry on a set of keys the Photon Freedom Micro is standing up very well. There are no obvious wear marks on the light, and the desert camouflage paint job is not worn or scratched. I looped a length of black 550 cord to tether the LED light to my keys so it is easy to remove and use separately and the cord is long enough to use the light while the keys are in the ignition of the vehicle or in a door lock

The small knife is strong enough to be used for defense (in a pinch) without adding too much weight to the set. The light is small but very bright, with a push button end cap. the unit can be worn for use with the left or right hand. Allowing the hand to easily grab the unit and use the light while quieting the keys. When the light is no longer needed or your hand is needed elsewhere you can simply let go of the unit, the light will go off and it will not fall to the ground (it is around your neck).. There is also a small LED light on this rig when you do not need the larger light and as a backup
